No. The list is a way of telling us what you are interested in — nothing is charged, nothing is reserved, and you can change it right up until you send it. We reply with a written quote, and you are only committed once you accept one.
For weddings, 6-9 months out is ideal. For private parties and corporate events, 4-8 weeks usually gives us enough time to design and source properly.
Both. We source and manage florals, linens, lighting, and furniture rentals directly, so you are not coordinating multiple vendors yourself.
Yes — every proposal is built around a budget you set upfront. We will always show you what is possible at your number before anything is booked.
A call or an in-person walkthrough, whichever suits you. By then we already have your date, guest count and the list you sent, so the time goes on the things a form cannot settle — the room, the look, and what is worth spending on. You get a written quote after it, not a sales pitch during it.
We regularly travel for weddings and corporate events. Travel and accommodation are quoted transparently as part of your proposal.
